Prices are quoted in AED with VAT shown clearly, and the scope is fixed before work starts, so the invoice holds no surprises. The path from order to invoice is done by hand in many companies and breeds errors. Reservation rules and priority order are set together with the company.
After delivery the invoice is issued in one click: items, prices and VAT come from the order, QR code and reference are added. When the bank movement arrives it is matched; if overdue the reminder process starts.
The company and its specialist check invoice content and VAT.
