Head office
Price and items.
Personal data is handled under the federal PDPL, with free-zone rules such as DIFC and ADGM considered where they apply, so access and retention are defined early. In a chain with many branches the main challenge is consistency: the same item must appear in every branch with the same name, the same price and correct stock. The system combines central catalogue and price management, branch-level sales and comparative reports.
Product, price and promotion are defined centrally and distributed to all branches. The branch manager sees only their own stock, sales and staff; head office compares all branches on one screen.
As the number of branches grows, server capacity is planned separately.
An item that runs out in one branch is transferred from another; the transfer is tracked as sent and received. Branch revenue, margin and stock-turnover reports are compared by season and period.
Interpreting the reports is the company's own assessment.

Capacity is planned by the number of branches; the target number is set together at project start.
Yes; separate rights and visibility can be defined for a franchise branch, the scope is set together.
