Customers see their own orders themselves, built for UAE businesses
Invoices follow UAE practice: 5% VAT shown separately, TRN on every tax invoice, and payment by card, bank transfer or cash on delivery where it fits. A customer account lets buyers see their own order history, addresses and invoices. This reduces phone and e-mail queries; the customer can open a return request and only accesses their own data.

Account and history
The customer logs in with e-mail and password; orders are listed with their status, invoices are downloaded as PDF and delivery addresses are managed. Ordering without an account can also be defined.
Secure login methods are assessed separately as to scope.
Return request and data
From the account the customer selects an order and opens a return request; the request enters the returns flow and its status is notified to the customer by e-mail. The customer can see their own data; deletion or correction requests are logged.
Data protection texts are clarified with the company and its specialist.

UAE-specific points
In the UAE, customer-account screens can be offered in the languages your customers speak and are sensitive to data protection. The system keeps only necessary data and shows the account holder their own data; suitability of texts and consent flows is assessed by the company and its specialist, the software does not guarantee compliance.

Is ordering without an account possible?
Yes; guest ordering can be defined, status e-mails are still prepared.
Can customer data be deleted?
The deletion request is logged and handling it is made easier; legal retention periods are set with the company and its specialist.
