Tenant and building journey

Move-in and move-out: every step from contract to key handover in one flow, built for UAE businesses

Businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah usually want this live before the next VAT filing, so the scope follows how your team really works. When a tenant changes, skipping steps is easy if contract, condition report, keys, deposit and documents run separately. This flow moves every step along in order and on record.

  • Roles and audit log

Move-in

Contract and documents are prepared and sent to the tenant by e-mail. On move-in day the key handover and condition report are filled in on the phone with photos and sent to both sides as PDF.

Contract texts are your own template.

Move-out

The notice is recorded and a check task is created for the move-out date. At move-out the condition is compared with the entry report; the file closes after deposit and utility results.

Release or deduction of the deposit is management’s decision.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

UAE-specific points

In the UAE the handover protocol (Übergabeprotokoll) is an important document between tenant and management. Templates can be prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN; deposit (Mietzinsdepot) rules are recorded according to your contract.
