Personal data is handled under the federal PDPL, with free-zone rules such as DIFC and ADGM considered where they apply, so access and retention are defined early. Property management handles personal data: addresses, contracts, payments, sometimes health or family details. Who can access it, where it is stored and when it is deleted must be clear from the start.
Resident, owner, tenant and supplier data is separated in the system by role and purpose. Sensitive fields are visible only to authorised people.
Legal assessment remains your responsibility.
A person’s data can be searched and reported; records past their retention period are listed and deleted with your approval. A data processing agreement is prepared separately.

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
The UAE PDPL 1988 (PDPL) protects personal data. Technical and organisational measures support working in line with it; no compliance statement or legal opinion is given.
