Card
Vehicle data.
Businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah usually want this live before the next VAT filing, so the scope follows how your team really works. As a fleet grows, it gets harder to track which vehicle has which document, maintenance and driver. The system keeps a card for each vehicle, records mileage and fuel, and shows assignments and document expiry dates.
For each vehicle, plate, type, load capacity, equipment and documents are recorded. When a document expiry date approaches, a reminder goes to the responsible person by e-mail.
Which documents are required is the company’s responsibility.
Mileage and fuel records are entered from the driver app or by hand; cost and consumption per vehicle are calculated. The assignment calendar shows which vehicle is with which driver and on which tour.
Automatic import of fuel-card data depends on the card provider.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
