Quality inspection plan, measurements and defect records, built for UAE businesses

Businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah usually want this live before the next VAT filing, so the scope follows how your team really works. When quality records stay on paper forms, it cannot be found in which batch, on which machine and when a defect appeared. The system applies the inspection plan, records measurement results, links the defect to the batch and follows the corrective action.

Inspection

For each product, inspection steps, measurement tolerances and sampling frequency are defined. The operator enters the measurement on a phone or tablet; an out-of-tolerance value is flagged at once.

Automatic connection to measuring devices is assessed separately.

Defects and correction

A defect is recorded with type, batch, machine and shift. The corrective action is assigned to a person, its time is tracked and it stays on the list until closed; the defect rate shows in the report.

The software does not grant a quality certificate or audit approval.
