Role
Only the needed area.
Personal data is handled under the federal PDPL, with free-zone rules such as DIFC and ADGM considered where they apply, so access and retention are defined early. If everybody can see everything, the risk of errors and misuse grows. The role model gives each person only the area they need, and the audit log makes changes traceable.
Roles are built to your school’s structure. A teacher sees only their own classes, a parent only their own child.
A new role can be added when needed.
Important actions (grade change, deletion, export) are logged: who, when, what. Management can filter the log.
Permissions are reviewed periodically.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Access rules for separated or divorced families follow your institution’s policy. Role and permission scope are confirmed in writing.
Yes; each parent gets a separate account and access rules are set with your institution.
The period is set according to your rules.
