Tutoring center: matching, lesson report and invoice together, for U.S. teams

Daily operation

The center suggests a tutor for the pupil’s need; the lesson enters the calendar. After the lesson the tutor writes a short report and the parent is informed.

Last-minute cancelations and make-up lessons are handled by rules.

Packs and payment

Lesson packs are sold, used lessons are deducted and the remainder is visible. Lessons are summed up for tutor pay.

Invoices can link to the Stripe flow.
